By using Helm2You, you agree to these Terms. Helm2You is accepting homeowner project requests and provider applications. Additional terms covering marketplace operations, dispute resolution, and governing law will be added as the platform develops.
2. Service Description
Helm2You is a home project request platform that helps Toledo area homeowners submit requests and connects them with local home service providers. We are not a contractor, employer, or guarantor of any provider's work.
3. Homeowner Use
Submitting a home project request is free. We route requests to relevant local providers based on trade type and service area. We do not guarantee a match or response.
4. Provider Applications
Provider applications are manually reviewed before activation. We do not guarantee acceptance. We do not make claims about provider licensing, insurance, or background checks beyond what is explicitly stated on this site.
5. Limitation of Liability
Helm2You is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by any provider. Homeowners and providers engage directly and are responsible for their own agreements.
