Helm2You is a Smart Lead Market. We're building on a simple principle: one request, one provider, no chaos. The goal is a calmer, more private experience for homeowners and a more predictable, fair system for providers.
Provider Applications
Provider applications are manually reviewed before activation. We are building our network carefully.
We do not currently make specific claims about licensing, insurance, or background checks — those processes are being defined. Our only current claim is: provider applications are manually reviewed before activation.
More transparency features — including what the review process involves — are planned as we grow.
Homeowner Requests
Homeowner requests are reviewed by our team and manually routed to relevant local providers. We do not run automated auctions or mass-blast contact info to providers.
Submitting a request is free for homeowners.
Your Contact Information Stays Private
When you submit a home project request through Helm2You, your contact information is not broadcast to multiple providers simultaneously. We review your request and route it to one relevant local provider. That provider reaches out to you directly to discuss scope and pricing — no competing salespeople, no inbox chaos.
Early Development Transparency
Helm2You is in early development. We're being direct about what we do and don't do yet:
- We manually review provider applications — we do not yet have a formalized vetting process.
- We do not claim providers are vetted, verified, licensed, insured, or background-checked.
- We do not guarantee response times or outcomes.
- We are not a booking platform — we route requests and facilitate introductions.
AI + human oversight: We use AI internally to assist with routing suggestions, communication drafts, and operations. Every routing decision in v0.1 is confirmed by a human operator before it goes out. We do not claim instant AI matching or automated booking — the human review step is intentional and documented.
